Monty was first asked to contribute songs for Mike Alway and Jim Phelan's fantstically successful Bend It! collection of Foolball inspired music. Monty then contributed a modern twist to many of the Cherry Red Club and National Compilation CDs.

One of the most succesful tracks was "Cantona Superstar" from Bend It! 93', which was covered by the incredible French Band, Juniore on the Vinvent Mariette film "Les Fauves", starring Lily Rose Depp.
